“Cold Energy” Trapped in the Lungs and InnerSound’s Releasing and Replacing Technique

InnerSound Qi time- and sanity-saving series take place in a setting that is natural for the body, mind, and spirit to achieve wholeness. Easterners believe that most, if not all, diseases have descended from a haphazard life, where the stable flow of the essential energy Qi is either drained or blocked out inside body channels. In that case, individuals with infirmities have disrupted connection of the three life elements. Qi treatments can restore this.

For example, chronic sinusitis and other forms of ruckus happening in the respiratory system can be ascribed to low energy or the lack of Qi’s inner flow. InnerSound has masterfully executed acupressure to boost the inner energy once more.

When the body is exposed to cold temperature, cold energy enters through the skin and most of it gets trapped in the lungs. Disposing of this cold energy would be the organs’ instinct, thereby resulting in overt sneezing or runny/stuffy nose and coughing. This condition not only affects the respiratory system but also cramps the channels supporting the sinuses. Hence there are people who would terribly suffer chronic sinusitis especially during winter.

The Treatment

Adhering to the belief that the lungs are linked to the bowel, Qi masters would transmit energy (heat) into the lungs by touching the skin and the abdomen area, while also applying pressure on points near the sinuses through facial massage. The practitioner also makes sound vibrations as a means to transmit the energy into the cleared-out channels.

Acupressure releases blockages. The body needs an undisrupted energy flow in order to function well and defend itself against diseases. That is why Qi masters need to replace the cold energy with pure, balanced energy through chanting.
